Water Leak No More

today i was really impressed with my toyota dealer they where just great,aygo went in for the rear light water leak and came out with the water pump being replaced as well under the extended five year warranty tom in charge of service said to me that since i mentioned the extended warranty for the water pump and the pump sounded a little rough to them they replaced it for me,fantastic :D

Yes it's nice that somebody takes time to come on a forum and tell of their good experiences. The vast majority of Toyota owners experience exceptional customer service, but to look around forums, you would not think it. i think its important for whoever starts a topic to mention what the outcome has been for a particular problem then others will know what suggestions helped to solve it,otherwise it looks like the problem hasn't been resolved and is still ongoing

As an MOT tester myself I have tested several Aygo and C1 and 107 of which a percentage have the tell tale coolant leak from the water pump by leaving Pink stains in that area. We advise the customers of this too.
