Fault Code P0057

I have just checked and reset a fault code on my avensis. The code came up as P0057 which according to the book I got with the reader is H02S bank 2 sensor 2 heater circuit low. I have no idea what this means, any ideas?

P0057 is usually due to low voltage through the heated oxygen sensor heater circuit, so it may be a dodgy sensor or the wiring to it.
