Sat Nav - Map Updates

Hello, this is my first posting..!

I have just bought a 2010 1.8 TR Estate and would like to download a new map for the sat nav, has anyone done this?

Any help and advice would be appreciated, thanks.

The satnavi site shows disc's, but the 2010 Avensis has the tns510 sat mav that uses the sd card not disc as far as I am aware.

Updates are around £150 from Toyota.

those are sold as backups & therefore to use them legally you already have to have them ...

It's exploiting a grey area.

Having said that a quick look on certain forums suggests that later Toyota satnav updates are currently incapable of being copied.
