Rear Doors Don't Unlock On T180

I can't seem to get the rear doors to unlock on my T180. Not sure if it is to do with the double unlocking? The fronts unlock using both keyless entry and the button on the fob. Pushing the button on the door handle and it goes straight back to locking.

Does anyone know how to unlock the doors or do I have to visit the local dealer?

Child locks possibly?

It won't open from the outside either. There is a child lock on the passenger side. The keyless entry seems a bit slower to react as well.
