Now that my RAV is 3 years old, just passed first MOT and out of warranty I'm wanting to start fitting some mods. It's a 2010 2.2 XT-R 150.

Already been in touch with Kingo to ask about a tuning box but I'm looking for lowering springs and strut braces. Can anyone recommend any suitable. Fitted MTEC grooved discs to rear and going to put same on front. Also needing a rear spoiler in black.

Hi Kev do you know if

RAV 4 III T180

2.2 D-CAT 130KW 177BHP has the same springs as my 150? Eibach make a pro-kit which lowers by 30 mm and stiffens. Same progressive type I have on my Celica.

Couldnae say for sure, but convey mild concerns re stiffening what is already described by some as a mildly choppy or firmish ride, mate. Also look at the woefully expensive Toyota chrome trims that fit bottoms of doors.....have seen and coveted shcm's which look brill on his silver Rav.

Have not seen these. I've got the brushed SS step trims that I bought in the US. The rears were longer to fit their extended chassis but with a little hair dryer heat they round up on the rear curve nicely.

I think they look quite sharp on the dark blue too.............
