Yaris Replacement Dashboard Trim

I have just purchased a 2009 Yaris which has some cosmetic damage to the dashboard trim around the heater controls (below the radio.)

It looks like this is a panel which could just be replaced completely.

Is this something :

1. Easy to do for a complete amateur (like me!)

2. I can source easily - i have looked around Online and not found anything, including submitting requests on some part finding websites without luck!

Looking at the damage it appears cosmetic only - I cannot really see well enough to tell.

You might be better finding someone to fill and paint it.
