Avensis D4D 03 Plate Onboard Computer Language Change

hi everybody,,wondering if anyone can help i have managed to change the language on the onboard computer to spanish on my 03 plate avensis d4d, but cant figure out how to change back do not have any instructions. Any help would be appreciated, I know if you reset the car Battery it does come up with the language menu, just wanted to know if you can do it on the display itself...many thanks

instructions from the manual:

press menu, settings, language, then English. simple as that

el menu,el ajuste, el idioma/ la lengua. then you should see english!
