Paint Code And Colour Name?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find out my paint code and the name of the colour,

I've given the Halfords paint man the details off the numbers sticker from the b post but he says this tells him nothing.

I've googled and searched on here but I cannot find any information on how to identify these details,

can anyone help me please???.

The car is a 57 plate Aygo and is a darkish blue, sort of navy blue ish.

Would be great if someone has a picture of the vin plate, sticker thingy and could post it with pointers of what it all means, sorry I'm a bit simple with this sort of stuff lol.

If you still have the Toyota Service & Warranty booklet, the supplying dealer should have entered your vehicle's details on the first page under Vehicle Identification, including the three digit colour code.

Frostyballs, dealer not helpful to us as both our cars (blue one is my father inlaws, mine is silver), are CAT D cars and had not history when we bought them.

Peter your link gave me the answers, post 4 told me where to look and what to look for and post 6 actually confirmed it as his cars is Lagoon Blue 8M6.

Have to be honest I dont post on here much as I'm not techy minded and apart from a clutch and a water leak my aygo has been perfect.

I have a cure for my leak which I shall post about once good weather lets me sort it.
