I've also done that before, but by disconnecting the Battery for a period of time. Now I did it by removing the fuses ECU-B & ECU-B2. Maybe that?

Could be. My latest fill-up has shown an average of 44.05 MPG over 374 mls - way better than I was expecting ! I actually filled up slightly earlier than usual because I saw a Shell station with very reasonably priced diesel. I always feel that Shell makes the engine run smoother, so it makes a change from my usual Esso fill-up.

I agree on Shell. The best diesel I've ever fueled was V-Power Diesel somewhere near Münich on the Autobahn. It really made her fly! :) Here in Austria I prefer BP Diesel, sometimes Ultimate D, when the price gap isn't so high. Now there's some 15-18 Cents difference I think.

2 years with the T180, it averaged overall 38mpg and 398 miles per tank.
