Radio Losing Time

Hi, We have a 2008 Aygo+, the clock on the radio has started losing time (doesn't reset completely - is just slow), is this a known issue? Any suggestions on the way forward? (I'm tempted to pick up a second hand head unit of eBay & swap it over - they seem cheap enough).

If you are interested I have just ordered an aftermarket head unit so my Aygo one will be spare..perfect working order £10 plus postage ;-) or depending where you are in Hampshire you could collect it...I'm in Poole ....
