Celica Wanted!

hello all, plz help!

am looking for a black celica(GT4 prefered), used to own a red one(st162) and was a good reliable car with extras, like comfortable drive and quite fast, had style B)

i am currently a student and have a p/t job delivering chinese food, i was spending about £5 a night on fuel, so thought id have to get a car with smaller engine just till i get out of uni, so i sold the celica(it was snapped up), and bought a corolla 1.3gl .

i am spending about £4 a night on fuel :ffs:

need i say more!!

am in southampton area - am tryin to raise my cash, have approx - £800

will be happy with a good gen 4 - with no major probz (like rack, need for clutch etc) - will save more if GT4 avail(not really bothered about colour if GT4)

dont mean to be rude m8 - but if u bothered to read it u would see i have said i would save more for GT4 OBVIOUSLY - and they aint that expensive (£1500) -

why bother even answerin if u got no useful comment - - - (pompousperson) "cheers m8, opened my eyes i was a fool, sorry!" ha ha - any one else able to help my need for a celica plz - no silly comments - am serious!!

as i have said have got £800 for good condition 1988-90 gen 4 - or ican save some more(£1500) for a GT4(gen4 obviously cos i prolly not get a gen5 eh, lol)

sorry if i have bored any one else - have seen loads but want black(unless GT4)

I know what you mean Mais there are some dodgy replies goin around. I'm at the same stage that you were at sort of. I have a gen 5 GT-Four and I'm looking MR2 (SW20) to get a bit better fuel economy on road trips. Four wheel drive sucks the juice whether I'm nailing it or not it seems. I'm not in the UK so I'm of little help to you but good luck.

yeah cool info- was thinking of mebbe lookin everyday until i found one- unfortunately auto trader is weekly and even the website is not updated daily, would be good -

problem gettin a black one as they are the best colour, red i have had, am lookin at a red one on friday, but its red, and white, well my corolla is white

have tried adtrader and freeads - just another source

- so if any one is sellin i am buyin :D

planning to sell my gen 5 gt4 to get a st205, but i want 3 and a half grand - a little out of your price range. my cars got low low mileage, body work is in fine cond, drives like a beauti. and its black!

have got a............red one again <_< but is in quite good condition, and has ABS is an st162 G reg, would put a pic on but cant work it out on ere.

yeeeehaaaaaa ............goes better than the last one too!! haha
