My 4age finally died lastnight at about 8500rpm, nasty clunking noise from the bottom end!!!!!

Was serious fun while it lasted, congratulations to toyota for 1 serious engine

How did you get it to that RPM! Pick the wrong gear or have you got the rev limiter removed somehow!

Its good to hear the Engine holded out as long as it did. What do you plan to do about it? get a 4AGZE ? ;)

Dunno, the car just keeps (did) revving on my friend, 8K doughnuts every night of the week for the last 6months, something had to go, the valves and all that are still mint, its amazing how much abuse a 4ag can take.

Sorry for your loss, but look on the bright side, it's better blowing your engine during rack action rather then chugging along at 30 mph in traffic!!!!!

Fairplay! I know what mean about keep on revvin! They sound their best at that RPM! Awesome!

I had to show Cheltenham Cruise 'the GT way' last night, cuz there wuz MR2's/300zx's silvias etc showing off to the crowd trying to do donuts but what they obviously dont know is that you need a limo sat in your rear axle to play games that way!

So i thought i would show em up! Its amazing that alot of the people still dont know what are Corolla's are capable of!

My engine was wicked, she used to throw 4ft flame when doin doughnuts, im not talkin *****, on super unleaded. This kid has a video of me reckin the engine, saw it last night, at least i went out in some sort of style.

The 4ag spat its dummy at Pontefract, if anyone lives anywhere near there I suggest you check it out on a sunday night, hundereds of serious cars, loads of toyotas from Bradford and rear drive action from the 300zx brigade, good night out like. Its a pity half of em cant drive!!!!, there was loads of old supras but the kids driven em wouldnt let em out. Think i stole the show like, but i must admit I not the best differ in the world, but hey im keen to learn, & the only way to learn is to let it all hang out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
