Just taken delivery of car, so sorry if this query is obvious but I can't find an answer!

Is it correct that the map is on perm when the radio etc is switched on? When I press audio to see what's playing the screen stays on audio for a short while then switches to the sat nav map, I would like to just keep audio screen on. Thanks.

From what I remember when i had a 2010 Mk 3 Prius T spirit there was a button in the row to the left of the screen that would turn off the screen, what i can't remember is if it turned the whole screen of or just the sat nav map.

The button you are thinking of turns off the whole screen, there is another setting which is something like 'return to map' which needs to be turned off- can't remember at mo and it is cold and dark but think that is the setting you want. It might be in the sat nav settings menu.
