How Do I Change The Aircon Filter?

Hi,

Can some one give me a detailed discription of how to change the Aircon Filter?

If im correct its behind the grill in the passenger foot well?

I have removed the grill but their is a black air scoop that I cant seem to remove, am I in the right place and if so how do I remove it to get to the filter?
