Hi all,

Sorry for not replying to anything that was made meant for me, i've not been on any forums for ages and ages, but am back now and have some nice new piccies (well, not nice, cos they were taken by me and i'm not overly good at taking pics) of teri's yaris. She now has got her car back with the bonnet done. And the place that done it said, they would NOT do another one cos it was !Removed! hard work :o

They told her if they had charged her by the hour it would of been double what they quoted her to begin with!!! So here goes:

forgot to say, next we will be modifying underneat to allow water to drain away rather than just go all over the engine :)

Also gonna change the red grill and bits under the bumper to silver to match the mesh in the bonnet. Thought about having the mesh red but decided against it. Just gonna keep the red bits to the calipers and hubs etc rather than the body work, at least for now anyway.

Different... not to my tastes, but good for what it is. I prefer a more mean, but subtle look. What do they call it... a sleeper look? - doesnt look too fast but can tear up the tarmac.

But if your after the lean mean racing machine look - you got it!

fair play and each to their own, but its not my cup of tea...

imo its too agressive, if the car had a different kit then maybe yea, but without soundin harsh, i dont like it!

but as long as miss t sport is happy then thats all that matters!

from the pics the workmanship looks good, i just hope the filler doesnt crack!

just an idea for ya, maybe a drip tray like the escort rs ones would help u

oh and im sure u know...wen u wash ur car put a plastic bag under each vent of the bonnet, so no water gets in the engine bay! i know its hassel doin it every time, only takes a few mins. thats wat i do anyway on my corsa!

thats my 2p worth over now :)
