2009 Floor Mats In 2013 Verso

Can anyone tell me if the floor mats designed for the 2009 model will fit the 2013 model. As far as I know most things are the same so I assume the floor pan is but not entirely sure. Thanks in advance.

Just after the launch of 2012 Facelift Verso Toyota sent a bulletin to its dealers stating that pre facelift mat must not be used as there was a reported issue with the drivers mat from the early model interfering with the pedals in the drivers footwell, they have now launched new mats with a different part number.

Yes definitely will fit, as the cars are pretty much identical (I've had both). By the way if your old mats are in good nick I suggest you stick with them. I've had new ones with my 2013 verso and the drivers mat fouls with the clutch pedal. That's a toyota fitted carpet mat as well. Not good for a company still trying to recover its image from the last drivers mat controversy. Will get it replaced when next passing the dealership.

Pretty much identical but slightly different, when the 2013 was launched Toyota listed the same part number as the earlier model however the pedals fouled on the mats so a redesign was done and a new part number for the 2013 model was issued along with a warning to the dealer to remove any old part number mats from 2013 Verso straight away

Maybe I was given the old mats when I bought mine. Must talk to my dealer. Grrrrr

I hav ethe opposite problem - dealer gave me 2013 mats for a 2012 verso - the 'eyes' to attach to the floor don't line up with the carpet, so guess they moved them for the 2013 Verso
