Please Help, Toyota 4X4 With O2 Sensors Constantly Going Bad

I Have a 2003 Toyota 4x4 sport utility. I have had to replace o2 sensors constantly for 4 years now. First it was one or two a year but now it's more like one every month. I have replaced I believe 12 in all. Since there are 4 you can see that I have replaced some many times over. Toyota told me to replace the Bosch ones I had replaced to all Toyota original ones. Now it seems to be worse where the engine light comes on every few weeks with another one. I need a solution but have not had much help from Toyota. Does this sound remotely familiar to someone as to the source of the issue?
