Hi there!

Do you guys know if it's possible to retrofit cruise control to a 2009- Gen3 Prius T3? I've seen a part list somewhere but it was for the Gen2, not sure if it will work with the Gen3. Any ideas?

Thanks!

The first Prius Gen 3 sold in the USA were known as 2010 model even though they sold in 2009 (apparently a very long time ago the UK car market operated in the same way), anyway try a web search using the words "install cruise control prius 2010".

I found the following PDF with the above search words: http://priuschat.com/attachments/toyota-prius-2010-cruise-control-pdf.27367/

Just wanted to add that thanks to the info posted by timberwolf above, I managed to successfully install cruise control on my Gen3 T3. I bought the parts from here: http://www.trademotion.com/parts/2012/TOYOTA/PRIUS/?siteid=214631&vehicleid=1503615&diagram=8546275&diagramCallOut=7 . I had to pay in addition approx £20 of VAT when delivered.

The feature is working great! Much more relaxing to drive on the motorway now.

I also registered the modification with my insurer, just in case.

Thanks!
