Wonder if it is possible to downgrade to 14", even 13"? I'm all for the comfort and increase MPG, not the look of it. What is the minimum it can have?

I believe the IQ1 and the IQ2 (which have 15 inch alloys) come with either 60 or 65 profile tyres, which aren't particularly low profile and shouldn't produce a hard ride.

The Honest John review doesn't highlight the IQ's ride as being uncomfortable.

Changing the wheels for a non-standard size may affect the warranty, and you will also need to inform your insurance company of the change - which may incur additional charges.

Don't really see there is much to be gained.

I doubt that you are going to find 14" wheels that will clear your brake calipers.

What tyres/wheels are on your car, is it 175/65/15 or 175/60/16 ??

iQ 15" wheels with 65 profile tyres are not exactly uncomfortable tyres when running the correct tyre pressure,

and i can not see you saving much by going narrower than 175mm tyre width.

Not exactly wide tyres for the weight & performance of the car.

If you spend £400-500 buying suitable wheels and tyres, how long would you take to recoup the outlay if

you were to get 1mpg extra?
