Hello all

I have just joined the forum, this is the first time I have ever joined a forum so please excuse any transgressions. I have just bought a Rav4.2 D4D (2005) I bought the Rav as Toyota had a very good reputation and good reviews from The AA and such like. After looking at the forum I seem to have all the Rav "traits" like a rattling 5th gear, Warty alloys, low bight point on the clutch, Inaccurate speedo, clunky spare wheel cover etc. although I must say 47MPG is nice. I am 56yrs of age and I spent 22 years in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers. I look forward to Trawling the forum for solutions to my problems and to posting solutions to ones I have solved.
