The HUD is only useful if it has a useful function - i.e. the sat nav. As this is now only available with Touch Pro, I would not be surprised to see it go.

The HUD is really useful for me. It shows the speedo and hybrid system indicator on the windscreen.

I use both of these as I drive and can do so without taking my eyes off the road.

I really miss it when driving the OH's yaris and have to look down and left to see the speedo.

There's another thread on this forum containing pics/details of a 2015 Hybrid Fuel Cell Toyota concept - if only the Gen 4 Prius might look like that!
