'screwed' During Egr Cleaning

Hi everyone,

I just want to share a bad experience with you...

Today I did the regular EGR-cleaning process on the car (2007, D-CAT). I've done it numerous times so far, without any problems. It seemed to be smooth this time as well, until reassembling. I was nearly done, when it came to the last hexagon-headed long screw... I fastened it, and it snapped. :boxed: (see attached image)

I must say I'm very lucky, since it snapped just about half a millimeter above the level of the bottom part, so I could get the broken piece out of the manifold using pliers ... It could have been much worse... Tomorrow I'm heading to the local dealer for a replacement screw, and I'll be super careful with them from now on... :)

Anybody had the same problem?
