New Yaris?

Sorry asking, but is it going to be a new model of Yaris?

Since Yaris hasn't changed (a lot) for about 5 years (I think) and Toyota changes the model in less than 5 years, is there any rumor of changing Yaris model?

only had the facelift a couple of years back, i think there was a bit of a rumor that it may change at the end of 2005?

Pictures were actually released from evo or autoexpress but no one got them on here. Apparently the 3 door is a bit wild sliding doors like mpv/van might be used.

I think there was a lot of confusion with eternity575's post about his "2005" Yaris, which is actually a 2004 one like mine!

Surely they will keep the facelift with the teardrop lights for a few years yet?

Yaris is toyota's small, but big, practical car. I can't imagine it looking much better, if at all better, then it does now. With the way things are going for "new car designs" i'm holding my head in my hands and wondering why.

Examples:

- Citroen C3 Pluriel

- VW Golf Mk5

- Street Ka

- Renault's with these bums?

- City Rover

- Peugeot 307cc

- Even the Yaris Verso

Why anyone would buy these cars I don't know! Maybe they don;t care for looks?

Yaris is lovely looking in my opinion.

I couldn't possibly comment, but...

...watch out for people being confused by "scoops" of a new small Toyota that might in fact be the new even-smaller-thana-a-Yaris car to be built in Czech republic and code-named B Zero. It is a joint venture with PSA so a Peugeot and Citroen version will also be launched, but styling of all three different. Offical pics due in ealry 2005.

well...mine will be 2005 in june (getting it earlier) ..

and according to my dealer.. its not different from the 2004..

but.. the dealer doesnt always knows..

i will post my comments on it
