Deisel Leaking From Injectors

I recently smelt Diesel fuel in the car when I stopped at traffic lights. i looked around the engine compartment and found all four injector recesses in the rocker box cover have fuel in them. It seems to be a seep rather than a full on leak.

Any ideas what the cause is?

?Has anyone fitted new injectors at any point,?is the car difficult to start when facing up hill,could just be a case of nipping them up if that doesn't do the trick they will need reseating with new copper washers/seals.
