Crankshaft Timing Cover Oil Seal

I noticed a very faint trace of oil on the bottom of the timing cover recently and I would guess it is the gasket to the timing cover or the oil seal on the cover that is seeping a little oil. A bit annoying as the car has only done 68K miles. My thinking is to leave it for a while (keeping an eye on it to ensure it does not suddenly get worse) and then replace the seal, gasket and timing chain at about 80k miles. Does this sound sensible to leave for the present?

The oil is not from the sump gasket-am I correct in thinking that it can only be the timing gasket or crank seal?
