The car is only a couple of weeks old and the spray from my windscreen washer is not like any other washer liquid I've seen, it's a foam and cleans very well.

Anyone know who makes an additive which does this?

Ask the dealer which additive they use.

Er, yes. That's the first thing I did.

They gave me a couple of small sachets of the stuff supplied by Toyota. There's no indication of the actual maker on them. And the dealer has no idea.
