Unusual Sound From Engine

Hi recently had my 2006 yaris d4d serviced hearing noise from engine when switching off ignition noise like a motor for 5 secs then a hiss I wonder if anyone familiar with this

Have you had your alternator and starter checked?

No but I think it could have something to do with suction valves as it sounds that its trying to release air or something it seems to be coinciding with new fuel filter and air filter

Perhaps they didn't close the box right? Though that would likely just have a whistling sound.

It's worth checking it though. You aren't leaking oil or anything right (I'm sure you'd of noticed)?

No I think maybe the guy who done service didn't maybe bleed fuel filter but I'm no mechanic , my works vehicle sometimes gives a similar sound when u turn off engine
