Townace Torsion Bar Adjustment

Hi All

I'm a lucky owner of a Townace 4x4 royal lounge(CR30, CT2). I need to adjust the front suspension of side torsion bar as i believe that it is the cause of the van pulling to the left.

There are two bolts acting as locking bolts on the adjuster. They seem to be fused together. I am going to dremel the bolts off and replace however I can't work out the thread size of the stud. Its definitely not m12 as the thread is much tighter.

Any ideas of the thread size?

and also am I on the right track for adjusting the pulling to the left, all the tracking is set correctly.
