Assistance Needed With My Horn

Alright guys thank you for taking your time to read this. Im a proud owner of a 2000 Celica GT since i bought it few months ago, ive been having issues with my horn as in its not working at all. ive been looking for it and still cant find it. Im not that savy when it comes to cars since this is my 1st car. i need help with my horn if you can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it a lot. Some other information ive already checked the fuse and relay box and everything is fine there the contacts for the steering wheel are all fine just got to find the horn on the car to make sure they are alright or if i need new ones.
