4 Year Full Service

hi, just had a 4 year full service on my auris 1.33. should the cabin filter have been changed at this service, the car has never had it changed in the 4 years i`ve had it. the air filter has been changed for the first time.

Sure this isn't included in any service schedule. The owners manual states the air conditioning filter should be cleaned or changed regularly (no mention of a mileage or time interval). If you have an owners manual, it is around page 437.

i have seen it in the manual, i just wanted to know if it should be changed as part of the service. i have had the glove box out to check the filter.

Toyota also do pollen filters as part of their Optifit range (cheaper than the OE filters) - part# 87139-YZZ08 (again ask Kingo)
