What Engine In 1994 Rav4 ?

Hi there,

Does the 1994 Rav4 share the same engine as any other Toyota ?

I'm looking to see what engine mods are available for the Rav, coming up blank when searching for Rav4 stuff, thought maybe I could try to find out what cars have the same engine and then see what mods they have :-)

As Kenny says a 3S-FE (Except for the (1997-2000) JDM Spec RAV4 Type-G's which had a detuned 3S-GE). Point your browser to http://www.rav4oz.com and check out the forum for engine mods for the 3S-FE for the RAV4 I sure the guys there will help.

Just went to that forum and found that you can put the 3s-gte into the Rav4 :o
