2003 Avensis Side Repeater

hi all, very new to this and am glad to be a part of this forum, im currently trying to change the side repeater bulbs on my 53 plate avensis hatch, cant see how they come out anyone know how to change? any help appreciated.

You can remove the side repeater assembly by hooking a couple of fingers onto the side of the lens facing the back off the car and pulling the lens towards the front of the car and away from the wing in order to release the claws that anchor the unit into place.

If this doesn't work for you then try this...

Look under the wheel arch and you will see a black splash panel - only remove only the clips/bolts or screws that are necessary to enable you to be able to get your hand into the cavity behind the wing. Remove the socket from the lens assembly (think it's turn and pull).

Refitting is the reverse of removal.
