So 4 months and 6,500 miles later we are averaging nearly 60mpg in our 2013 Auris Excel Hybrid. I have to say I'm very happy with that, considering we live in rural County Durham where every journey is up and down.

How is everybody else getting on?

Winter is coming. From my experience you are going to see a hit of 6 mpg or so when temperatures are around zero. So be thankful and look forward to 60 mpg again next year.

Pretty much the same results here, 5800 miles in, the car is reporting approximately 60ish, fuelly is reporting less but it's missing some fill ups.

I'm so screwed for the 10k a year contract though!

Crikey, yeah

Thankfully we saw the light and are on 20k per annum - all of which I think we'll be using
