Toyota Yaris Verso Drivers Window Switch

Hi all,

The auto electrican has confirmed that my drivers side window switch has broken on my Yaris Verso and he cannot repair it. I am looking for a spare, but wonder if anyone knows whether an ordinary Yaris switch will fit the Verso version ? They seem to be in more plentiful supply and also look the same on the top.

No, the standard Yaris switch will has a different connector block ... It must be the same as other Toyota models though .... does anybody know ?

This is an old thread I know but I hope someone can help. I'm after a RH drive drivers side window switch for a toyota yaris verso 2000. I ordered what looked like the right one from eBay, but the wiring plug was different. I have scoured the internet, but the part just does not exist. The part number is 84820 52080. I have managed to wind the window up by applying a voltage to the motor, but I really need the window working as I want to sell it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? Or is the car now virtually worthless? Many thanks.

I would suggest the car isn't "worthless" with a non working switch. If it can't be fixed then just be honest with any potential buyers.
