D4-D Problem For The Forum !

As im heading down the local by-pass the car loses power and wont rev and wont go past 40mph .. this happens at more or less the same spot every time.

After a mile or so it picks up again and drives nomally , any clues or info / advice on this would be helpful.

Any answers saying dont go down the by-pass will be ignored !!! :lol2:

Change fuel filter

Check VSV

Check SCV

Does it only happen at that exact spot?

Does it happen whenever you go down certain angled slopes?

check with condition of EGR and VSV

Thanks guys am at the end of my rope with this so will start working my way through your suggestions .

Hadnt thought about it cyker will look into that one.

Changed the fuel filter and it didnt help .

Will keep at it ..
