For some reason I can't recieve e-mails from outlook express.

My local area provider Karoo (Kingston communications) say it's outlook express.

They say It's Packard Bell.

They say It's my local area provider (getting dizzy (and skint with phone calls))

Any suggestions?

What exactly happens? Nothing comes in or you get an error message?

Its probably your incoming mail server address is wrong which explains your mails go out ok but dont come in. If thats the case.

Have you changed anything lately or installed anything new? Upgrading from IE 5 to IE 6 sometimes removes settings.

If I send a message to myself,Norton comes up with.

"Unable to send your e-mail message because your server rejected the recipient.

451 Temporary local problem, please try later"

This is likely to have occurred because the mail server that sent your mail has been documented as a bulk junk mail source, or "spammer." This does not necessarily mean that your email server has been generating the bulk mail itself. It is much more likely that the software at your site is configured to relay mail from anywhere to anywhere, and someone -- from another site entirely -- has exploited your site's facilities to send spam. The result is that your site gets a bad reputation as an open relay, and you find yourself unable to send mail.

Just a search result C + P ? ? Dunno.

Sounds more like a problem with your outlook setup if you ask me.

Is there anything in your outbox?

Sometimes this error happens when you have lots of emails waiting in your outbox.

Server thinks your trying to spam.

try sending me an email - celica2000gt@clubtoyota.co.uk
