Can anyone help please? ,I have a problem with the front drivers side brake calliper .brake disk is getting very hot compared to passenger side wheel . I have had front brake pads(both sides) replaced and drivers side brake calliper plus brake line to this calliper but problem still exists .

Well it all points to a sticking calliper piston irrespective of the fact that you have swapped it out, lighting does strike twice in the same place.GL

This could be caused by sticking caliper slider pins. They're not part of the caliper assembly but slide within the caliper carrier bracket. This should have been identified as a possible problem before he swapped over your original caliper.

I'd agree, could be either sticky slide pins or a slightly warped disc ... either way, a 'run-out' test on the disc and checking the slide pins are pretty standard things ... I'd expect a decent garage to check these as part of a brake service... but equally, very easy to check yourself... if you don;t have the tools, they are not expesive (machine mart etc..)

I'm no expert, but could it be the hub bearing and the heat is just radiating out through the disc?

Steve.
