St205 To St202 Bonnet & Bumper Swap

Can anybody post helpful information on mounting the 1996 GT4 bonnet & bumper on to a 1998 ST202 ??

Have a Celica SSIII (beams) but like the look of GT4 front end better. Picked up my parts from a wrecker & will be starting the swap soon.

Already had contact from guy at celicagt.nl who advised me to watch out for a couple of things but any other help would be great.

Will start conversion next week. Maybe i'll post with photo's when finished but this is my fun car so don't hold your breath.

Meantime please post if you have any info.

Hi, I am doing the same thing to my 95 convertible and have been advised that I need the bonnet, bumper, bonnet catch, bumper support bar and frame rail adapters, then it is apparently a straight forward change.

I haven't started mine yet as it is going to be a little winter project.

I would be interested to know how you get on.

I have all the parts at hand, just waiting for the time to do it.
