Auris 2011 136Hsd - Problem With Ns510

Hi guys, this is my first post here ^^

I have a problem with my TNS510 system, after uploading the firmware to the last version (PZ445-SW333-0D found at the link at end of this post), the GPS has problems with the map...

Firmware is updated, but of course the TNS510 doesn't want the maps from the downloaded files (since I haven't found for the moment any way to make them work from non-genuine SD card from Toyota).

So, I use the 2010-2011 original maps on my genuine SD card (PZ445-SW333-10).

But, the problem is that the GPS always thinks I'm out of my country, and it's not able to find all the streets, etc... I'm in France (Rouen, Normandy), and during my daily trip from home to work, it always tells me I just crossed a frontier, I moved from FR to ITA... and no more maps...

That's weired...

So, do you guys have any way to :

- Make the 2012-2013 maps work with TNS510 but with non-genuine SD card.

or

- Re-flash the TNS510 with the original firmware included in the 2010-2011 genuine SD-card

Thanks by advance guys!

This is where I downloaded the firmware that is now on my TNS510:

I may found a way on another thread, which is to disconnect the Battery for 10min, then start nav system and it should re-upload the firmware, but I want to be sure before doing anything this time ^^

If I need to do this, just to be sure, the Battery I need to unplug is the one in the trunk, right? ^^

Okay, I found a way to solve the problem, for those interested!

In fact it's simple, you just have to unplug the 12V Battery which is in the trunk on hybrid Auris (you will need a 10mm key to do this). Keep it unplugged during more than 10min.

This will re-initialize the NAV sys, when you reconnect and push the power button, you will have a blue screen on the TNS510 screen, and then it will re-flash the system with the one included in the SD-CARD (put a genuine one ^^).

Thanks to 3490lmt from GPSunderground ^^
