Advise On Painting A Spoiler

Can anyone fill me in on how easy it is to get a professional looking paint job done on a spoiler (specifically the carcept roof spoiler).

I'm tempted to take it to the Toyota Dealer and get them to get it looking like its part of the car and not some cheaply painted plastic add-on.

Can anyone tell me how I would go about getting the spoiler to match my metallic Blue yaris, what I would need and how I would do it.

I'm specifically worried about buffing it up so it will match the gleam of the cars paint.

Thanks for any help

Also, was it really necessary for them to send it in a box this big?

Is it plastic/fibreGlass or that flexible rubbery substance?

Also is the paintwork a basecoat-Lacquer thing or a Mica. If it's the latter then get it done professionally, as it's a sod to get right.

(sorry, don't know that much about Yarisseses.)
