Hi, I have just joined, I own a pristine 2006 D4D Corolla 1.4. A brief history, I have just retired, after 33 years in the Health Service. The last 11 years I was a police trained Emergency Response Driver for the Transplant Service - and Im missing it like my right arms cut off. But it comes to us all I guess.

My car is a little beaut, Ive spent hours on it, she is fitted with a 10" Freeview tele in the front, and two 9'' videos set in the headrests in the back (The Grand kids love 'em!) . I managed to source some Corolla Headlight protectors, scuff plates and rear chrome flash, but Im told by my local Toyota Dealer that Toyota accesorries for my model are not made any more, which is a shame. Im sure there must be a market for older Toyota accessories. Ive often thought about changing my car but thankfully common sense prevails - thoroughly reliable, cruise all day at 70 giving 64mpg. Low tax. etc etc.

Im pleased to become a member of the 'club, and when Ive sorted one out, I would love to put a picture up of my Corolla.
