80K Service

Despite having done only 60k this is due shortly as the Rav is 8 years old.

Does anyone know what is involved?

The customer unfriendly chap from vantage said it involves over 100 things and it would take too long to tell me them all.

I did establish that it will include a brake fluid change.

Auto box oil only changed if "necessary"

What does this mean?

Must say I am not impressed.

Must admit when we took our Rav into the new dealership,well new owners,Vantage,the other week,it did feel different in there,not as friendly we both thought.

Now you know i have had nothing but praise for this dealership since we have been going there but there was new staff and things just felt different.Even Mrs Ps sister who took her Rav in a few days later phoned up and said the same,so i just hope things haven't changed for the worse??

Seems for the full plus service looking at the comparison checker for the diesel filter they replace on the full + service costs 70 quid more ......clean air flow meter ? Squirt of cleaner ....
