First Celica Just A Few Questions Please Help

hi all got my first celica a week ago its a gen 7 pre facelift 140 vvti just a few quick questions if anyone can help

first of all i had a corsa 1.4 90bhp before i got my celica but my corsa seemed alot faster than my celica and my celica seems to stutter and hold back around 4000 rpm im guessing this isnt normal

ive done a plug and filter change which made it a little better does anyone have any ideas what this could be

also it has a gt fob for the immobilizer which im guessing is standard could someone tell me what the little pen drive looking thing is for it also has gt on it

it was on the same keyring as the main key

and finally what should i be expecting mpg real world and what is best oil for me to use
