Couldn't be doing with all that cleaning and re-oiling either.

But could be wrong?

Supposedly good for 50,000 miles so not too much effort!!

Btw- Turned up today, fitted in seconds but not been for a run yet.

Be sure not to initially over-oil it Dave..........engine may tend to cough a wee bit if you do so.......guess how I know......?

It came well oiled so I just popped it in (oer missus)

They are great cotton filters! I've had 2 of them going for years on different cars and never had the "So called problem" with oil on the MAF! You can clean them with water, then dry and oil! I bought a re-charge kit off the Opie oil boys for about 7 quid! It will last for years 🚗💨
