Clunking Brakes

My 2002 avensis d4d with 280k has started making a clunking noise from the front passenger brakes. There is no noise when I drive along but when i brake its like clunk, clunk, clunk etc. It only seems to do this when the brakes are heated up. Doesn't happen first thing in morning when cold but give them an hour or so and it will start. I have had the caliper off and all parts are moving and working as they should. The car brakes well and doesn't pull to one side or any judder I have had new pads and discs fitted a wile ago but it continues also changed the slider pins but noise still there. Anyone with any ideas? Thanks in advance....

No Judder at all under breaking. It has been suggested to me that the piston in the caliper May be sticking or moving a bit....the wheel on that side does seem to get hotter than the other side. I'm thinkin it must be the caliper as everything else has been changed.
