I don't know how cynical the ploy was, whether the show writers put the car in themselves or Toyota stumped up a huge wad of cash (I'm going with the latter). But what I do know is that apparently they've produced the body kit and they're actually selling it.

O no :(, maybe they will come to their senses and make some for the older ones, or some company will. I wish I could afford one of the new ones, they do look nice, but prefer the older ones ;).

Heh, yes there is. It looks a bit weird (imo) - just an Auris that's been pulled from either end by a pair of world's strongest man competitors.

Personally I think that the Touring looks better but then I also think that's true of the estate version of many cars.

As for the body kit I like it but I wouldn't have the decals etc.
