My Old Friend Is For Sale!

I know this is an ad but given the subject it seems best placed in this section.

My first ever RAV is for sale. It is now owned by the son of my grumpy old CRV owning mate and he bought it from me when it was three and half years old in 2010.

This mate has now been issued with a company BMW so no longer has a need for it.

The RAV is just out of the body shop after receiving pretty much a full respray. I promise you it has never been in an accident but this summer while he was touring France it got the very big hail stone treatment. It has had a new bonnet and some repairs but I have to say it looks really nice (click the thumbnails to view full size).

It is an XT4 so it has the sunroof, leather and VSC amongst many other features. It is taxed and tested until Feb 14;

It has done just under 91k (he plays in a band so this is mainly motorway mileage) and yes in case you were wondering, it had a complete new engine and 4 injectors at 53k so it no longer uses oil and is free of all the early problems. It has also had the steering knuckle and the top strut bushes so no steering knocks. It has had every other recall mod (engine remap and rear suspension);

It has all good Bridgestone tyres and the spare might not be new but it is in very good condition;

There are several extras - many of which are featured in tutorials;

Photochromic mirror with digital compass

Integrated Ipod module

Integrated bluetooth phone kit

Additional boot lighting

90 degree check strap

Boot protector with Toyota logo

There are genuine parking sensors but not sure if they are working (maybe switched off).

Twin windtone horns.

It books at just under £6k corrected for mileage. Any inspection welcome and you can have it over my pit if you like. Offers will be considered as long as they are not too far off the mark. And yes, there is an aerial but it has been removes to fit in grumpy's garage!
