Hi All

Bought a Avensis three weeks ago

Toyota 07 Avensis Estate T180 D-4 D Tourer , Leather/ Alcantara with Sat Nav. Drive it for two days and the head gasket's blown. The good news is Toyota paid the bill £3.500.Now the bad news one of my Gear links have snapped two days after having the car back from Toyota.

Toyota's saying nothing to do with them so i'm now left with a £600 bill.

So my question to all Toyota fans does any know how or where i can find some instructions on how to replace broken Gear linkage's as they come as a pair .

Thank you in advance

Dave, on second thoughts the garage had that linkage off so I suggest you ask them to sort it out ... these linkages don't just break, first one i've heard of on this forum anyway, what does any other forum member think about it?

Pete.
