Coil For Ae 92

My coil on my E-reg AE 92 has finally given up the ghost and died.

I have got a second hand one from a G-reg AE92. Will this work without any problems, or is it likely to mess up the timing or something?

I have found that Demon Tweeks do twin coils. Is it worth getting one of these for better performance?

Any help will be useful!!!

should be fine as long as they both have the same plug lead size (there are 5 & 8 mm leads)

twin coils wont make that much difference on a std car especialy if the original coil is working ok

The wired thing is that I have a 7mm lead on mine.

It was on the car when I got it in 2000.

I'll give it a go and see what happens!!

I wacked it on and it works a treat.

I swear the car is pulling more now!! Probably just imagining it though, as it wouldn't make that much difference!!
