did summut happen in Manchester? a bomb or really load thunder and lightning

I was told that the my house alarm went off

Power setting on the PC Speakers have been reseted

USB Infared mouse has been diactivated (PC was locked)

PC was still running because of UPS

(I was 30 miles away at the time)

on saturday we had a powercut in Castleford, and everything is reset.

And today the lights have flickered a coupla times and some things have been reset again
